The Group
Stellar Ventures (P) Ltd., set-up in 1996, is the flagship company of the Stellar Group. It is actively engaged in development of residential, industrial & institutional property in Noida and Greater Noida, in the National Capital Region of Delhi. The Stellar Group has business interests in Real Estate and Construction, Hospitality, Banking, Information Technology and Edutainment. The organization is renowned for developing quality projects with strict adherence to time bound delivery and completion schedules.
Real Estate
The Group has developed and constructed over 7 million sq. ft. across residential, commercial and industrial projects and has projects in hand to construct about 6 million sq.ft.
Hospitality
The Group owns and operates an exclusive members-only Club The Stellar Gymkhana , and Binge a multi cuisine restaurant at Stellar IT Park,Sector-62 Noida. It has also developed a hospitality management training center in Greater Noida.
Banking
Mr. Ravi Mohan Sethi, IAS (Retd.) has promoted the Citizen Co-operative Bank, Noida, a leading urban co-operative bank, licensed by the Reserve Bank of India with 10 branches in NCR region having an unbroken 14 year dividend paying record.
Information Technology
The Group Company specializes in banking and financial services, with its flagship banking product running at over 400 branches of different banks in North India.
Edutainment
The Stellar Children's Museum is India's first edu-recreational museum. It is aimed to let children learn about various aspects of the world around them through play. Targeted at 2-8 year olds, the sprawling 10,000 sq ft space inside Stellar Gymkhana club, Greater Noida consists of seven galleries - Create it!, Invent it!, Build it!, Discover it!, Live it!, Explore it! and Splash it! - as well as a theatre area.
The Team
Mr. Ravi Mohan Sethi - Chairman
Chairman and promoter of the Group, Mr. Ravi Mohan Sethi has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. A former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, while in Government, Mr. Sethi held key senior positions in the bureaucracy including MD, Uttar Pradesh Financial Corporation; Director, Ministry of Industry etc. He is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow (Boston University) and holds an MA in Political Science from Allahabad University.
Mr. Himanshu Mathur - Director
Mr. Himanshu Mathur has been with the Group since its inception. He previously worked with a State owned Public Finance Institution (PICUP) and the Noida Development Authority. Prior to that, he practiced as a Chartered Accountant, including handling IPOs for two companies. He has over 25 years of financial experience.
Mr. Akshay Mohan Sethi - Director
Mr. Akshay has returned to the Group after working as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company in their New York office and prior to that working as an analyst at the World Bank in Washington D.C. He holds an MBA from University of Chicago, and an Industrial Engineer degree from Bangalore University.
